In short
Born and raised in Paris (France), I built my career starting as a calculation engineer before quickly moving into project management. I then transitioned into advising leaders and organizations through transformations—working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and operational structuring.
What drives me is turning ambitious visions into organizations capable of executing them tangibly, with clarity, efficiency, and impact.
