Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and market penetration across key European regions.

Brand Building: Define the European Pay brand identity, messaging, and value proposition. Champion the brand's mission as a secure, simple, and sustainable payment solution.

Digital Marketing: Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and performance advertising to generate leads and conversions.

Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product and tech teams to create compelling product narratives, launch new features, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.

PR and Communications: Manage public relations efforts, media outreach, and partnerships to build credibility and secure media coverage.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, competitor activities, and user needs to inform marketing and business strategies.

Growth Hacking: Implement data-driven experiments and growth-hacking techniques to optimize the user funnel and accelerate growth.

Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, preferably within a fintech, payments, or technology startup. Experience with B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.

Skills:

Strong strategic and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership abilities.

Deep understanding of the European market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
